Dispute Resolution

1. If You need to make a complaint regarding the Services provided by Us, You should first contact Customer Support Services promptly and reasonably. When contacting, please describe the issue You are experiencing.

2. If a dispute arises from the Terms of Service that cannot be resolved by Customer Services, You can send a relevant request to support@mr.bet. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter to Your satisfaction immediately, or by contacting You as soon as possible.

3. You understand and agree that the results of all games provided by the Services are determined by Our random number generator. If there is a discrepancy between the game result displayed on Your screen and the result on Our game server, the result on the server will prevail. You acknowledge and accept this. You also agree that Our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of Your participation in the online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

4. If we need to contact You, We may use any of Your contact details. Notices will be considered properly served and received by You immediately after an email is sent, after We have communicated with You directly by phone (including leaving you a voicemail), or three days after the date of posting any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove that a letter was properly addressed, stamped, and placed in the post, and in the case of an email, that it was sent to the specified email address in Your contact details at the time the email was sent.
